We Made the Finals!

The FestRider project has reached the finals of the Student IT Lab and will compete for the grand prize. The rivals are not only strong but also diverse:

• a game with a cultural and historical component;
• an aggregator app for popular messengers;
• an adaptation of a classic game for the Russian‑made Aurora OS.

To make sure the jury sees the website in all its glory, I had to speed up the publication of last year’s photo reportages: 30 stories in Russian and English are now available for viewing. Looking back at events from two years ago, I caught myself thinking they still hold up well today — provided you like Siberians and event‑based tourism.

Unfortunately, filling the site still takes time away from creating new reportages, but I keep capturing material: one fine day, Novovarshavka, Kormilovka, and Lyubinsky will be added to the travel map. I was about to write that it’ll happen soon, but I won’t kid myself or the readers :)
